Research & Business Development

The process starts at the Research & Business Development department which serves as the foundation of our sports complexes. Through in-depth research on trends in sports, real estate, and social impact, we analyze the needs of players, clubs, local government and investors. Additionally, we build strategic relationships with top European clubs and stakeholders to integrate expertise and best practices.

Based on these insights, we develop strong concepts that are not only commercially viable but also contribute to talent development and social impact. This output is then integrated into real estate development, ensuring that each project is both economically and socially sustainable.

Real Estate Development

Secondly, we believe that developing high-quality sports complexes goes beyond simply building fields and stadiums. Our Research & Business Development department serves as the foundation of every project. Through in-depth research on trends in sports, real estate, and social impact, we analyze the needs of clubs, municipalities, and investors.

The results of these studies are then used as the starting point for the development process and become an integral part of the project scope, guiding architects in the design and functionality of the complex.
